What we collect

Your email address (sign-in), your handle and profile, the works and comments you write, what you read and save (to build your feed), device push tokens if you enable notifications, and standard server logs. Guest sessions collect reading activity tied to a random id, merged into your account if you sign up.

What we do NOT do

No ads, no selling or sharing your data with data brokers, no tracking outside the app. Reading history is used for exactly one thing: your feed.

Automated screening

Published works pass an automated text classifier that flags prohibited content for human review. Excerpts of your text are sent to the classifier's API for this purpose and are not used to train models.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, portability, and erasure: delete your account in Settings — everything is erased after a 30-day grace period. For any data request, write to the contact address below.

Retention

Account data lives while the account does. Server logs rotate within 30 days. Reading impressions older than 90 days are pruned. Deleted accounts are fully erased after the grace period, except content under an open legal dispute.
